Overhauling service

OMG ZANOLETTI carries out comprehensive overhauling of OMG, PBR and other leading brands. The overhauling makes it possible to upgrade the machine to meet current EC standards and consists of the disassembly of each single component of the machine with subsequent grinding of the bench, slides and live center cleats and replacement of any worn mechanical components. This complete retrofitting activity returns the product to the customer in perfect condition, with Italian quality but at low costs.

OMG Zanoletti uses only ORIGINAL SPARE PARTS and provides a warranty for the overhauled product. All grinding and assembly operations are carried out at the OMG Zanoletti headquarters by the same personnel who also produce the newly built lathes.
