CNV
The lathe series CNV is a CNC machine with flat bed and 2 turrets to allow the accommodation of all the tools necessary for the production of the valve bodies.
Thanks to the two turrets the processing time is very fast compared to a machining center; furthermore with the indexing chuck we have a fast positioning of the workpiece on all sides of the valve with a single set-up ensuring the parallelism and squareness of the machined faces as well as the concentricity of the holes. The lathes CNV have a very strong structure that allows heavy turning / milling / drilling and boring machining of hard materials such as inconel.

INDEXING CHUCK
The automatic indexing chuck allows the rotation of the valve and the processing of all valve sides with just one set up. This allows a great saving of time and high-precision machining.
BED
A strong and well-sized bed receives the saddle for the turrets.
TURRETS
The CNV series can be equipped with all types of turrets: turrets with disc to perform machining with driven tools, square turrets to make boring.
